Miller who we saw playing the role of Marmaduke Brooker in the comedy series “Carpoolers”, recently got arrested in downtown Bloomington after it was suspected that he was driving his car while being intoxicated. Now the star faces a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicants.

When Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputy, Chad Liersch saw a Ford Focus getting out of control and weaving from lane to lane about 3 a.m. in the morning he stopped the car and identified the driver as comedian T.J. Miller. Miller failed field sobriety tests. When police asked him to open his mouth, actor refused to take a breath test. After that the actor was taken to the hospital where a blood draw was conducted. The “Carpoolers” comedian had just given a performance in Ohio.
